We scope the engagement together
On the discovery call we agree what 'done' looks like, identify any compliance or security constraints, and outline a realistic path forward.

We move to delivery
Once scope is agreed, we get to work. You'll have a clear delivery plan, regular check-ins, and a direct line to the engineer building your system.
